Support Resources

Indiana Resources for Perinatal Mood Disorders

View this list of resources collated by Indiana University Health for those who may be suffering from perinatal mood disorders such as (but not limited to) postpartum depression or anxiety, postpartum rage, and postpartum psychosis. The document at the link provides a list of support groups offered support at no charge for people who are at risk of or are experiencing distress such as isolation, depression, anxiety, fearful thoughts, insomnia, trauma, and other difficulties during pregnancy or postpartum. Support groups provide a safe and caring
place for connection and recovery. Please call or email specific groups for more information. *Caution* Be sure to contact the group lead and make them aware that you are a bereaved parent- some groups may not be suitable for you to receive the best most compassionate care if other parents with living children are present and bring their babies with them to the meeting. These are the only groups listed on Amos’ Anchors that are for both parents with and without living children unless otherwise noted.
