Pregnancy after a loss can be an extremely anxious and scary thing amid the joy of successfully conceiving again. It’s hard to let yourselves be excited knowing firsthand how delicate life can be. I hope you find comfort in these resources and that you have a healthy, happy baby at the end of your pregnancy journey.
Over the Rainbow is a subgroup of Hannah’s Wish, a Christian based support group for families facing pregnancy loss and stillbirth. Over the Rainbow provides a space for mothers to share and receive Christian peer led support focused on navigating life during and after a pregnancy after a loss. Mothers are welcome to bring their new infants to this meeting, so be advised of that in advance. It is a safe space for those experiencing a pregnancy after a loss to connect and share with mothers who have had living children after a loss.
COVID UPDATE: We will meet on Zoom when community transmission rates are high for the foreseeable future. Please check the Hannah’s Wish Facebook page Events section to see if this month’s meeting is in person or online.

Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS) :
“Pregnancy After Loss Support (PALS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and community support resource for women experiencing the confusing and conflicting emotions of grief mixed with joy during the journey through pregnancy after loss. PALS seeks to help expectant mothers celebrate their current pregnancy by choosing hope over fear while still nurturing and honoring the grief over the loss of their deceased child.
PALS services include an online magazine, online peer-moderated support groups, local meet-ups, outreach and education through speaking and tabling at professional conferences, resource listings for families and healthcare providers, and a newsletter.” They offer many ways to get involved, share your story, and find PALS in your community. You can even find pregnancy after loss affirmations to help keep your eyes on hope over fear as you walk your journey.
You can also donate to PALS here.
